Bristar provides stainless steel hanger bolt to do solar panel installation on wooden rafter purlin. The hanger bolt can be applied with L feet and metal plate and fix the aluminum solar rails. We also offer other styles of hanger bolt screws which can be used for steel purlin too. A whole set of hanger bolts comes with 3 flange nuts and an EPDM rubber.

Installation Guide :

(1) Pre-drilled hole on metal roofing profile and wood rafter ;

(2) Screw in hanger bolts , the EPDM seal should slightly compressed roof surface ;

(3) Adjust adapter plate to proper height, then fasten locking nuts well ;

(4) Mounting aluminum rails and rail splice ;

(5) Mounting mid / end clamps .
