Description of Hanger Bolt
The stainless steel hanger bolt is used to do solar panel installation on wooden rafter prulin, also for steel rafter purlin too.
We offer various size of stainless steel hanger bolt for different requirement of solar panel metal roof mounting systems. We offer the hanger bolt with flange, as well as rubber ring to fix it on the beam and other solar mounting brackets. We offer the stainless steel hanger bolt for both wooden beam and steel beams. The hanger bolt can be used with L feet to mount with aluminum solar rails and then fix the solar panels above the rail. The hanger bolt can be also used with plate to fix solar rails above the rooftop too. The high grade stianless steel used makes it corrosion resistant and long lifespan. Except flange nuts, the waterproof EPDM rubber is used to avoid leaking after the hanger bolt drill into the rooftop surface. Also, if you want to make the waterproof way better, you can add other materials to seal the holes after drilling. Usually, a whole set hanger bolt comes with 3 pieces flange nuts, and a piece EPDM ruber ring. Except material of stainless steel, we also use carbon steel to make it if customer request.
