3. An adjustable load-bearing frame is installed on the bottom frame, on which cement blocks, stones, etc. are placed;
4. Design the installation angle according to actual needs.
Features of deflector flat roof fixing bracket:
1.Suitable for flat roof with a small load;
2. Component installation slope is 10-15 °;
3. The material of the deflector is stainless steel or aluminized magnesium zinc plate;
4. Don't damage the original roof, don't worry about water leakage.
Color steel tile roof installation system
Color steel sheet roofs are usually installed by non-penetrating methods such as buckles, concealed buckles, and hemming. Penetrating installation can be used in special cases.
First understand what a colored steel sheet roof is: cold-rolled or cold-rolled steel sheet. The steel plate is made of organic coated steel plate (also called colored steel plate), galvanized steel plate, anticorrosive steel plate (including asbestos asphalt layer) or other thin steel plates.

Installation Precautions
1. Firstly, install wooden or bamboo construction planks on the roof to avoid the secondary transportation of materials directly on the roof slab, which will cause the roof slab to deform and the sealant to peel off and leak;
2. Identify the location of the roof rafters of the original structure, and mark the specific location by popping ink lines; the connection between the bracket and the color steel plate must be on the roof rafters;
3. Construction workers walking on the roof must wear insulated soft-soled shoes, walking troughs, and must remove debris on the roof slab every day to prevent rust and scratching the roof slab;
4. There should be no omissions in all places where the sealing paste needs to be laid. After the roof outer panel is installed, remove all sundries and iron filings from the roof. If the roof panel coating is found to be scratched, it must be repaired with special repair paint for color panels. If the rivets and self-tapping screws are empty, they should be repaired with rivets and sealing paste at any time. The rubber washers must not be damaged.
