State Grid promises: the State Grid will provide all process services for the owners of distributed photovoltaic power projects, such as access system scheme formulation, installation of energy metering devices, grid connection acceptance and debugging, support distributed photovoltaic power generation to access low voltage distribution network, purchase full amount of surplus electricity according to national policy, and distribute all distributed optical volts. The electric project is exempt from the system reserve capacity fee. The part of the project that is connected to the public grid is also paid by the grid, and users need to invest their own photovoltaic power equipment and a small amount of cable lines and circuit breakers in their own use. So how do we apply for it?
In the first step, the residents should have an independent site (such as roof) to install. If the public roof requires the written consent of the neighbor's owner. There should be a property right certificate. Industrial and commercial users should have property ownership certificate, land use certificate and business license.
The second step is that residents should seek permission from the Industry Council or neighborhood committees to build their own power stations.
The third step, the residents go to the business hall of the electric power company to carry out the application of the distributed photovoltaic power generation project, the power supply department will carry out the field exploration in the future, and organize the examination of the 380V (220V) volt access scheme.
The fourth step is that if there are problems in designing access schemes and equipment, the power supply department will provide access.
The proposal will be reformed according to the plan and opinion letter.
The fifth step is to install or search professional companies to install the grid connected system.
The sixth step, after loading (the following part of the household line), inform the electric power company to come over and accept it. They will install the metering device (the householder's own metering box) in the home, and sign the purchase agreement and complete the final grid connection program.
