the project inspection and attention points
Through the introduction above, we learned about the installation form and specific steps of tile roofs. Is it possible that all tile roofs can be installed as described above?
First of all, before the project construction, we need to conduct a site inspection of the roof, determine whether it can be installed and how to install it according to the structure of the roof under the tiles, and understand the relevant precautions during the construction.
The roof structure is as follows:
The first type: hanging tiles directly on the purlins, and fixing solar mounting hooks directly on the purlins
For roof structures with tiles directly attached to the purlins, we must first determine whether the roof purlins are strong. The distance between thicker supporting purlins is generally within 1.2 meters. During installation, the form of the hook is generally used, and the position of the hook is determined according to the pitch of the purlin. Draw component arrangement diagram and bracket installation diagram. During the construction, pay attention not to damage the tiles, and the tiles need to be restored to their original position after the construction is completed.
The second type: tile + (waterproof layer) + concrete + reed layer (or wood board) + beam (or purlin)
Tile roof
If you encounter a concrete roof under the tile, if the thickness of the concrete layer is greater than 10cm and the concrete meets the quality standards, we can choose to use expansion screws to drive into the concrete to fix solar mounting hooks. If the concrete layer is thin, it is not suitable to use expansion bolts, and its fixing ability is poor. Some of the roof tiles are commonly known as sand ash. The sand ash itself has a loose structure and is not suitable for fixing with expansion bolts. It is recommended that the sand ash layer be dug out at a fixed point, hooked to the beam, and filled. Finally, The tiles return to their original position.
Tiles fixed directly to the concrete layer
If the roof is directly fixed to the roof cement layer and the tiles cannot be removed directly, if you want to install the system, you may need to destroy the tiles at a fixed position before installing. After the rails are installed, it is recommended to deal with the damage. Be waterproof.
The third type: flat tile + waterproof layer + wooden board + beam
Waterproof roof under the tile
The waterproof layer is below the concrete tile, and the thickness of the soil layer is about 20mm (depending on the different roofs), then the wooden boards are below, and the log beams are under the boards.
When installing this type of roof, the soil layer can not be fixed because of loose texture, so it can be installed in the same way as sand ash. It should be noted that, do not fix the hook on the wooden board, but fix the position of the log beam.
Other roof types
Similar to the linoleum roof, you can choose to punch holes in the roof. After punching, you need to punch waterproof glue or take other measures to do other waterproof work.
The asbestos roof tiles are large and difficult to move. If they are punched, they are not waterproof. In addition, asbestos tiles have a poor bearing capacity, and construction workers are more dangerous to construct on the roof, and the construction is more difficult. Therefore, the asbestos tile roof is not a good installation object.
Other roofs have a curved structure, or the roof has an insufficient load, or there are not many beams, and the points that can be fixed are not enough. In short, when the roof can not be fixed by hooks, we can also take measures to support the two loads of the house. A stable steel structure is set up on the wall, and the bracket guide rail is fixed on the steel structure. (The method of steel structure can refer to the construction method of color steel roof)
The residential tile roof photovoltaic system installation precautions
1, safety
The first element that we need to consider for the construction and installation of photovoltaic systems is safety, including construction safety and structural safety. During the construction process, because the roof has an inclination and the roof tiles are mostly smooth, construction workers need construction clothing. , Rubber shoes, hard hats, and safety ropes; structural safety needs to ensure that the photovoltaic system we install can withstand a life of 25 years. The selected roof must not be in disrepair for many years. The construction and installation meet the corresponding standards. !
2, waterproof
When installing a photovoltaic system on any roof, waterproofing issues need to be considered (except for those without waterproofing requirements). After the construction of the tiled roof is completed, the tiles need to be restored.
