1. The installation structure of the PV solar array bracket should be simple and durable. The materials used to manufacture the PV solar mounting brackets must be able to withstand the harsh environment of the project site, ensuring 25 years of weathering and corrosion resistance and structural strength. Electroplated aluminum profiles, galvanized steel and stainless steel are ideal choices. At the same time, the welding quality requirements of the brackets must meet the requirements of the national standard "Code for the Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures" (GB50205-2001). The array brackets are designed to be lighter in weight for design and transport.
2. In the construction process of photovoltaic array foundation and solar panel bracket, it is necessary to avoid damage to related buildings and ancillary facilities. If local damage is caused by construction, it should be repaired in time after construction.
3. When installing the PV array on the roof, the pedestal embedded parts should be firmly welded or connected with the steel bars of the roof main structure. If it is not possible to weld or connect due to structural constraints, measures should be taken to increase the attachment of the pedestal and the roof. Focus on it and fix it with wire tensioning or stent extension. After the pedestal is completed, it shall be waterproofed to the roof damage or in accordance with the requirements of the National Standard “Code for Acceptance of Roofing Engineering Quality” (GB50207-2002) to prevent water seepage and rain leakage.
4. The solar mounting frame and bracket of the PV module should be reliably connected to the grounding system.
