3. Technical analysis of new solar steel structural support

At present, the use of angle steel solar mounting brackets is subject to more and more restrictions. The main reason is that the current steel quality is uneven. The installation requires a lot of on-site drilling, but the steel is easy to rust after drilling, so it is necessary to use a new type of bracket. Replace these angle brackets to reduce corrosion and extend service life.

The main structure of the new solar bracket:

1) Shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel bracket structure system. Shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel is a fabricated light steel structural system that can be mass-produced, assembled quickly, and completely dry. It has the characteristics of less steel consumption, time-saving construction, and labor saving. The steel structure bracket of the profiled cold-formed thin-walled steel structure system is to form a structural skeleton by bolting the factory-formed cold-formed thin-walled steel at the construction site, and then installing the battery panel to form an integral photovoltaic array.

2) Factory prefabricated integral steel bracket system. The factory prefabricated steel structure frame with purlins only needs to assemble and fix the bracket module on site at the construction site, and then install the battery panel to form the whole photovoltaic array. The construction speed is fast and it is suitable for large-scale power stations. The installation requirements of this steel structure bracket are extremely high. The steel used generally has the best quality, the surface treatment process is extremely excellent, and it needs to be fully communicated with the PV module manufacturer in advance to achieve perfect assembly and cooperation.

3) Beam-column frame curtain wall photovoltaic support structure system. The photovoltaic curtain wall is suitable for the beam-column frame steel structure bracket system. The structure is light in weight and reliable in structure. Due to its small lateral stiffness, when the structure height is high or the layer height is large, lateral support is required to form the support frame structure. In the design of high-rise photovoltaic curtain wall, the common steel structure and the cast-in-place embedded parts form a mixed structure, which enhances the overall structure's ability to resist lateral displacement and reduces the amount of steel used, thereby reducing the total cost.

4. Installation of new cold-formed thin-walled solar panel mounting bracket components:

1) Connection of steel structural members The new cold-formed thin-wall solar support is assembled from various prefabricated steel-plastic hybrid joints. These steel-plastic hybrid joints are available in various models and can be adapted to different installation conditions. Choosing the connection form and mode of the hybrid component is an important part of the overall structural design.

2) Bracket and foundation connection The new cold-formed thin-walled solar mounting bracket has lighter weight and more installation holes. Generally based on independent foundation, reinforced concrete coupling beams are required if necessary. For places with poor geological conditions, strip foundations or crisscross foundations may be used, and the raft foundation is not used as much as possible. All upper legs are hinged, while the embedded parts are available with optional inserts or pre-embedded bolts for waterproof concrete. Both types of column legs are simple in processing, convenient in construction and good in performance.

3) Bracket truss connection Installation node connection has three forms: rigid joint, hinged and semi-rigid connection. All three connection methods have ready-made modular nodes. The hinged structure is simple, and the manufacturing and installation are most convenient. However, in the windy area, horizontal support or diagonal bracing is required to make the wall bear horizontal load and provide additional rigidity. When the support is not provided, the joint between the beam and the column should be made just. The semi-rigid connection is simpler than the rigid connection construction, and has better hinge performance. Because it is difficult to control due to its force, it needs to be combined with experience to be practically adopted. The field connection is generally first welded with bolts and welded at both ends.
