(1) Construction preparation


a, construction scope


The construction scope is determined according to the design drawings, and the project manager and construction personnel go to the site to confirm the construction scope.


b, technical preparation


1 The technical person in charge of the project department will check the construction drawings with the design department and carry out the construction and construction techniques for the construction workers. The project department should be familiar with and review the drawings, fully understand the main design intent of the design documents and construction drawings, clarify the equipment and materials used in the project, and clarify the construction requirements put forward by the drawings, so as to take early measures to ensure smooth construction.


2 The construction project department should be familiar with other technical materials related to the project, such as construction contracts, construction and acceptance specifications, technical specifications, quality inspection and evaluation and other mandatory documents.


3 The project manager prepares the construction organization design and prepares a special construction plan for the sub-projects with special requirements. According to the requirements of photovoltaic engineering design documents and construction drawings, combined with the objective conditions of the construction site, the supply of equipment and equipment, and the number of construction personnel, the construction schedule and the preparation of the construction organization plan shall be arranged to ensure the installation and construction in a reasonable and orderly manner. The installation and construction plan must be detailed, specific, rigorous and orderly, which is convenient for supervision and implementation and scientific management.


c, materials and main tools


According to the company's current photovoltaic roof construction of photovoltaic engineering, the main materials involved in the bracket structure are: angle steel bracket, connecting profiles, C-shaped steel beams, supporting bolt sets, concrete briquettes and related accessories.


According to the characteristics of photovoltaic engineering construction, the main tools for bracket installation are as follows:

d, working conditions


1 When performing arc welding under the condition that the ambient temperature is lower than 0 °C, in addition to complying with the relevant regulations of normal temperature welding, the welding process parameters should be adjusted to make the weld and heat affected zone slowly cool. If the wind exceeds 4, windshield measures should be taken; joints that are not cooled after welding should avoid snow and ice.

(3) Measurement and release


a, plane control measurement


According to the construction design drawings and design requirements, the planar arrangement dimensions of the PV module brackets are measured and placed on the corresponding positions of the roof. It provides a measuring and paying mark for construction and can also be used as a sign for construction according to the drawings.


Confirm the correct orientation of the building and the obstacles on the roof according to the construction drawings. If it is not correct, coordinate with the technical department for confirmation at the first time.

b, elevation control measurement


Using the level gauge, the highest point in the plane of the selected roof bracket is used as a reference to determine the height difference between the roof construction and marking, so as to facilitate the statistics, production and subsequent work of the leveling parts during the installation of the bracket.


(4) Sample assembly welding:


Before the batch installation of the bracket, the test welding of the sample should be done. The installation process and requirements are as follows: 5) The bracket and the square array are assembled for quality inspection and the design is confirmed, and the bracket can be welded in batches after the sample is sealed.

(5) Bracket and square array assembly


a. Position the first set of bracket installation starting positions according to the design drawings and field measurement results.


b. According to the construction drawings and related technical requirements, weld the bottom beam and the left and right 榀 brackets.


c. Determine the position of the main beam according to the design drawing size, and fix the main beam with bolts to complete the assembly work of the independent standard bracket. Welding of special position brackets (with diagonal support brackets, with cabinet brackets). as the picture shows:


d. After the independent bracket welding assembly is completed, firstly place the independent bracket to the position determined in the first step, pad rubber gasket, and prohibit the steel structure bracket from directly contacting the waterproof layer of the roof. Then install the brackets in order according to the size of the paper, and fix the left and right connecting bolts. Complete the single row bracket installation work.


e. On the basis of the fourth step, determine the second row installation position according to the design drawings. Perform the installation of the second row of brackets. The two rows are firmly connected by component bolts. Install the template square array installation in order of d and e.

f. After the square array of the model support is installed, the weight concrete block is placed, and the weight clamp is placed according to the position and manner of the design drawing.

g. According to the design drawings, the overall safety of the roof assembly bracket and the lightning protection connection of the components are carried out.

After the above steps are completed, the roof waterproofing damage is repaired, and the bracket welding and the cutting of the bracket member are treated with anti-corrosion treatment. Complete all installation work of the bracket model square array.
